Mod Sun shows his gratitude to his fanbase.
The “Karma” singer, who split from April Lavigne in February, after nearly a year of engagement, shared a thank you message to her fans during her April 2 performance at the Fonda Theater in Los Angeles.
“Ya’ll f-king saved my fucking life for the last six weeks,” Mod Sun said onstage, as seen in a video posted by TMZ. “If any of you are going through a tough time right now, whether it’s heartbreak, depression, addiction, anxiety, maybe you just have a negative voice in your head right now. Right now, I want you to know the one thing I’ve learned over the past four years: don’t be afraid to ask for help.”
The 36-year-old added at the time: “So thank you for helping me. It’s time for a new chapter.
Mod Sun and Avril first met in 2020 before getting engaged in March 2022. Despite their initial plans to walk down the aisle, Avril’s rep confirmed to E! News on Feb. 21 that the former couple had called it quits.
