They’re going to have to settle this amicably…
The restraining order that Raquel Leviss filed against Scheana Shay may have been fired, but Scheana’s attorney admitted that Scheana pushed Raquel during their argument.
THE Vanderpump Rules the stars got into it the night everyone learned about Raquel’s affair with Tom Sandoval.
A few days after Scandoval’s announcement, Raquel was photographed near her apartment with a black eye. The 28-year-old claimed Scheana pushed her against a brick wall and punched her in the left eye after finding out Tom was cheating Ariana Madix. TMZ previously reported that a judge granted Raquel a temporary restraining order against her castmate.
The reality star, however, decided to drop the case.
According TMZThe former beauty queen failed to show up for a court hearing over the filing today, so a judge had to overturn the temporary restraining order.
While this is good news for her client, Scheana’s attorney still had harsh words for Raquel.
“This is not reality TV,” proclaimed Neama Rahmani. “This is the real world and Rachel’s actions have real consequences.”
The attorney went on to slam Raquel for filing false reports and “a frivolous motion for a restraining order.”
“Scheana didn’t hit Rachel. Rachel didn’t have a black eye,” he insisted.
Then Rahmani dropped a bomb. The attorney revealed, “Scheana pushed Rachel, but only after Rachel grabbed her wrist, and Rachel did not suffer a concussion.”
He also accused her of abusing the justice system.
“We were prepared to expose Rachel’s lies, but instead she will have to live with the knowledge that she betrayed two of her best friends: Scheana and Ariana,” the attorney continued.
