This is when Kin Season 2 airs

We have been eagerly awaiting news of Kin’s second season.

Over the summer, RTÉ shared some first footage from the crime drama.

And now we have a release date.

We will therefore be canceling our weekend plans for the foreseeable future.

The highly anticipated second season of Kin begins on RTÉ One on Sunday March 19 at 9.30pm.

So, what can we expect from season 2?

Well, the Kinsellas are at the top of their game, but they won’t be that way for long.

“The Kinsellas have incurred the wrath of an even more dangerous foe than Eamon, and where there were once unbreakable blood and family ties, there are now only suspicion, mistrust and resentment,” reads- on in the description of this season.

“But the greatest threat to the family emerges from within: in the form of a ruthless and tyrannical agent of chaos. Fortunately, from positions of great adversity, the boldest plans are often forged. And it’s the same with the Kinsellas.

The returning cast includes Charlie Cox, Clare Dunne, Aidan Gillen, Sam Keeley, Emmett J. Scanlan, Maria Doyle Kennedy and Yasmin Seky.

The second season of Kin will air on RTÉ One on Sunday March 19 at 9:30 p.m.
