Todd Chrisley’s family wished him a happy birthday behind bars.
Although the ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ alum, 54, is currently serving a 12-year prison sentence for bank fraud and tax evasion, three of his children – Savannah Chrisley, Chase Chrisley and Lindsie Chrisley – celebrated his big day with tributes on Instagram.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!! I miss you more than you will ever know ❤️,” Savannah captioned an old family photo.
“It’s been 80 days…80 days since I last received a ‘goodnight angel’ or ‘love you more’ text,” she continued. “GEEZZZ how I miss them!!”
The 25-year-old also noted how difficult the transition has also been for her mother, Julie Chrisley, who is currently serving her seven-year, two-and-a-half-hour sentence in another prison.
“My parents have also been together for almost 30 years… and in those 30 years they have never spent an anniversary apart. So today… I imagine us all together in a circle of bear hugs! she concludes.

Chase also shared a photo carousel with his father, reassuring him that their family is being taken care of in his absence.
“Words cannot describe how much I miss you, this will be the first anniversary for you and mine that we will not be together but we are together in spirit,” the 26-year-old wrote. “I love you and I’m beyond proud of the man, father and husband that you are!”
He continued, “We live in a broken world with a broken system but I’m confident we’ll be together soon! Until then I love you and we’ll keep it going! Happy birthday boss.”
Meanwhile, Lindsie kept things short and sweet by posting a throwback photo alongside a Bible verse.
“Happy birthday to that man with the braided sash. To know him is to love him,” Lindsie, who Todd shares with ex-wife Teresa Terry, wrote on his Instagram Story.
She then added a Bible verse from John 5:14, “‘This is the confidence we have in drawing near to God: if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.'”
Todd started his prison sentence in January and apparently he had no trouble adjusting.
During Wednesday’s episode of The Southern Tea podcast, Lindsie, 33, revealed that her father has already made “great friends” behind bars.
“When I last visited with my dad, I couldn’t help but tell him how handsome he was,” she said, noting that his hair was “a little longer and a little grayer “.
“His spirits are excellent,” she explained. “He really embraces the process there and makes the most of the process there with the people who are also there to serve with him.”
