Savannah Chrisley is a young woman with a lot to do. You might think that Sassy’s problems started when her parents started getting involved in illegal activities. Turns out, she’s been in trouble long before her mom and dad went to jail.
But fans of Chrisley knows best would not necessarily know of the savannah previous issues. According page 6, Savannah attempted suicide as a teenager and her father covered it all up. In an episode of his podcast, Unlocked with Savannah ChrisleySassy revealed the details of her meltdown.
After explaining that she “took a bottle of pills”, Savannah said: “Obviously [it] didn’t work because I’m sitting here today – thank goodness. She said since the episode, she hasn’t been feeling quite well. “But since then I feel like with my brain, my memory, it’s the most frustrating thing in the world because it’s so foggy,” she added.
The day after his suicide attempt, his father Todd Chrisley showed him a devotion from Romans 8:28 after he woke up. “He stated that whatever hardships and adversities you go through, God is going to turn around and use it to your advantage,” Savannah share. That must have helped immensely as she said her state of mind changed “in the snap of a finger”.

“I went from this anger towards God to my heart saying, ‘Okay, God, you know what, why not me?’ Like, ‘What makes me better at having to go through these things than anybody else,'” Savannah explain. She further opened up to followers and said she “tried to kill herself as a teenager” for “a multitude of” reasons, including “the things people would say.”
Here is where it would be relevant to observe of the savannah age. She was 15 when filming Chrisley knows best began. She would obviously have been subject to the public’s opinion about her appearance, her family and anything else they couldn’t keep quiet about.
His struggles were well hidden and ‘no one knew about it’ Savannah had entered “revolutionary intensive therapy”. Unfortunately, that wasn’t his only brush with suicide. former fiance Nic Kerdiles threatened to commit suicide in February 2022.
fuck pointed a gun to his chin and head. Both Todd And Savannah came to his rescue after reaching out. In an effort to beat the tabloids to the punch, the three made a now-deleted Instagram video describing what happened to Nic before his issues became media gossip.
Savannah acknowledged that Nic didn’t have the “luxury” to tell her own story before the public found out. She calls it “another form of trauma.”
Savannah currently has custody of her younger brother and niece while her parents are in prison. Todd should be released around 2035. His mother Julie Chrisley should be released 5 years earlier in 2030.
