It’s officially over for Eva Marcille and his marriage to Michael Sterlingwho would apparently have no chance of reconciliation.

After five years of marriage, THE shadow room reports that Eva filed for divorce from her politician husband on Thursday, March 23. According to documents submitted to Fulton County Superior Court, the marriage is “irretrievably broken.”
Despite the united front they presented, there seems to be no turning back. Eva’s divorce filing claimed they were “living in a bona fide separation.” Speed cameras online reported that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta wants to split everything he owns in half.
Eva’s filing claims during the marriage, they both “acquired various assets, known and unknown from [Eva]tangible and intangible. [Eva] should be given an equitable distribution of all matrimonial property, both real and personal.
However, the supermodel wants the children all to herself and she is asking for child support. Eva demanded primary custody of their children so she could make the major parenting decision. She expects Michael to contribute to the children’s medical, dental and hospitalization costs.
They have three children together: Maverick, Michael Todd and Marley Rae, from a previous relationship with Kevin McCall. Michael raised Marley as his own. After the couple married in 2018, Eva even changed her daughter’s last name to Sterling in 2020.
Everything seemed fine just a month ago! From the outside, Eva and Michael seemed like a happy couple. Last month, they were cute and a couple for Valentine’s Day. In the now-deleted post, Eva captioned it, “Happy Valentine’s Day forever and ever. #Us.
