Life in the spotlight sounds like a great idea – until it gets too hectic. Many celebrities have left Hollywood after succeeding, citing overwhelming attention and a desire for something new as their reasons.
One of the most iconic faces in show business Cameron Diaz temporarily left the industry after his last film performance in 2014 Anne. The retired actress explained her departure to the comedian Kevin Hart in April 2021 during an appearance on his talk show Peacock From heart to heart.
