Reese Witherspoon is about to become single again! The actress has announced that she and her husband, Jim Toth, will be divorcing. The couple have been married for 12 years and welcomed a child, Tennessee James Toth, in 2012.

Taking to Instagram, the ‘Legally Blonde’ star wrote, “We have some personal news to share…It is with great care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We appreciate So many wonderful years together and we move forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for all that we have created together.
Her note continued, “Our highest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These questions are never easy and are extremely personal. We really appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time. »
