Panelists shared their personal experiences while leading conversations about empowerment in the film industry as well as the challenges and opportunities for women in film, how the industry can continue its progress towards gender equality , and the movie Couples Christmas retreat.

The film follows three couples who attend a retreat hoping to strengthen their respective relationships under the guidance of a famous therapist, Dr. Fiona Gerard (Vanessa Meadows).
