Pete Davidson’s four-bedroom penthouse in Brooklyn Heights was originally listed by Compass Real Estate for $30,000 a month, but its price dropped last week amid his blossoming relationship with Chase Sui Wonders.
The sprawling 4,500-square-foot unit houses three-and-a-half bathrooms as well as a new Snaidero-designed kitchen that includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Miele appliances, according to the listing.
The home features a bright open plan living area with a separate dining area, full in-unit laundry room, and a master bedroom with its own bathroom that includes a Porcelanosa tub, stand-up shower, and dual sinks.
Each of the four bedrooms are fitted with custom closets, and other amenities in the low-rise building include a private garage and keyed elevator entry into the apartment.
But perhaps the main selling point of the luxurious and very understated abode is the 1,500-square-foot private landscaped rooftop garden, where views of the city can be admired.
Estate agents in Davidson’s former pad are looking for a tenant to lease their place on a 12 month lease.
The 29-year-old “Meet Cute” actor had rented the space after leaving his home island of Staten Island in February 2022.
The comedian might be looking for an upgrade as his relationship with Wonders, 26, heats up.
Earlier this month, a source told Page Six exclusively that Davidson and his “Bodies Bodies” co-star are “getting serious.”
“They’ve been friends for a long time and this romance was born out of a friendship,” our source shared.
The duo met in 2021 on the set of their dark comedy, but things were platonic at first. Everything seemed to change in December 2022 when they sparked dating rumors after spending lots of quality time together.
Davidson’s rep initially told TMZ that they were just friends, but the stars have since confirmed their romance by showing off PDA on several occasions.
The “Saturday Night Live” alum has quite the dating history and has been linked to a slew of A-list beauties.
He was engaged to Ariana Grande in 2018, but they broke up after just five months together. He then dated Kim Kardashian for nine months until things ended in November 2022.
He also had affairs with Kate Beckinsale, Kaia Gerber, Margaret Qualley and Phoebe Dynevor and briefly saw Emily Ratajkowski before hooking up with Wonders.
Meanwhile, Wonders previously dated “Riverdale” actor Charles Melton.
