Following his breakup with Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix enjoying his single life.

Ariana Madix was seen hanging out with friends in Mexico over the weekend, fresh from her split from her longtime partner Tom Sandoval.

Ariana Madix attended a friend’s wedding during the trip, which had been planned “long before” the breakup, and was seen smiling and having fun with her friends in new photos.

Tom Sandovalthe co-owner of TomTom, has broken his silence on his split with Arianafollowing the revelation of his affair of several months with Raquel Leviss, another Vanderpump Rules star. The nine-year relationship between Madix, 37, and Sandoval ended because of the case. Sandoval admitted he deserved fans’ “disappointment” over the scandal.

Sandoval40, has since apologized to Madix, admitting his actions were selfish and that he made reckless choices that deeply hurt someone he cared deeply about.

“No one deserves to feel this pain in such a traumatic and public way. I can only imagine how devastating it was for Ariana and everyone around us,” he wrote. “I feel really awful about it. My biggest regret is dishonoring Ariana. I never wanted to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.

Raquel Levissexpressed regret and apologized for his actions, “I deeply regret hurting Ariana. Leviss spoke to PEOPLE about the current status of his relationship with Sandoval. “My feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born out of a loving friendship.”

“Knowing how many people we have hurt, I have to understand my choices and learn to make better ones,” she added. “I have to take care of my health, work on my personal growth and take the time to be okay with being alone. I care about Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what’s to come. right now, I need to heal.
