Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes surprisingly, they were in the mood to celebrate – even after officially receiving the boot of ABC!
According to the photos obtained by Dailymail.com, the couple were spotted together leaving a restaurant in Los Angeles, and they seemed rather delighted despite the fact that they signed their exit agreements with their former network a few hours before Friday. In fact, they were all smiling and couldn’t hold hands during the outing as they were pictured holding hands, sharing a kiss and laughing together. At one point, the 49-year-old reporter even gave TJ a hug with her legs wrapped around his waist as he held her up. You can ch-ch-check the photos (below):

Their final public displays of affection came after it was confirmed that Amy and TJ were getting the boot from their gigs as anchors for GMA3: what you need to know for their affair scandal. A spokesperson for ABC told multiple media outlets in a statement on Friday:
“After several productive conversations with Amy Robach and TJ Holmes about different options, we all agreed that it was best for everyone if they left ABC News. We recognize their talent and commitment over the years and are grateful for their contributions.
ABC News President Kim Godvin also said in an email to network employees:
“I want to share with you that we have made a decision about TJ and Amy. The decision of who will co-host GMA3 and 20/20 will come later. I know this has been a distraction for many of us, but let’s not forget all the great work that continues to make ABC News the #1 news network in America, and it’s all thanks to you. I want to thank you once again for your patience and professionalism during this period.
Neither Amy nor TJ have publicly commented on their departure – but from these snaps taken of the couple, they don’t seem too disappointed with the news! However, the hosts’ good mood may be due to the fact that they are most likely paid for the rest of their contracts. It’s a nice and generous deal considering the circumstances surrounding their release! We mean, it appeared that TJ allegedly terrorized the production staff and got to know other employees, including a young intern. Additionally, superiors claimed in a mediation session this week that Amy had alcohol in her dressing room and once showed up to work “drunk”. Although sources gave the impression that ABC was looking for anything to justify its reasoning to fire Amy.
