The last half of Netflix You arrived on the platform this week, and it contained two references to Taylor Swift.

Let’s start with the most obvious reference to taylor: His song “Anti-Hero” plays in the season finale.
Of course, this isn’t the first time “Anti-Hero” has been associated with You. The star of the show Penn Badgley debuted on TikTok with a fun clip of himself using the track. Penn opened up about the decision in a recent interview.
The second reference to taylor is the kind of Easter egg that would impress the pop star. After all, she’s known for bringing subtle hints and homages into whatever she drops.
In the penultimate episode of the series, PennJoe’s character entered a code to enter a cage. The numbers 1, 2, 1, 3, 8, 9 mean something to you? They should if you’re a Swiftie.
“The cage code is Taylor Swift‘the birthday of,” Penn said Variety.
