Filmmaker Edgar Wright, who directed and co-wrote the film, will executive produce the series alongside Bryan Lee O’Malley, BenDavid Grabinski and Eunyoung Choi.

Wright shared his excitement on Twittersaying, “This is not a drill! This is happening! You are going to lose your mind.”

“One of the proudest and most enjoyable accomplishments of my career was assembling the dynamite cast of Scott Pilgrim,” he continued. “Since the movie came out in 2010, we’ve been doing Q&As and charity readings, but there’s never been an opportunity to get the gang together on an actual project. So far…”
