Tekashi 6ix9ine could have faced an even more brutal beating had it not been for the quick-thinking gym staff who rushed to safety after he was ambushed in a sauna.

It’s a bummer for 69…especially since our sources say he’s been to this gym quite often in the past without any issues. We’re told he’s normally in there for about 20 minutes and sticks to the StairMaster… minding his own business.

Our sources tell us that if Tekashi is ever approached or acknowledged, most interactions are peaceful…and he’s generally accommodating and willing to pose with fans. Of course, he clearly has enemies there – no doubt still awaiting the infamous RICO case.

Despite its past, we are told the consensus in that case so far it’s… Tekashi didn’t do anything wrong and didn’t deserve this.
